New Club - Might Look Good on Your College Applications?

Please inform your students that the SEAL of Biliteracy & Career Success Club will be having their first meeting on Thursday, January 3rd.  The SEAL of Biliteracy is a special seal that will be placed on the students high school diploma verifying that the student has been certified as bilingual in English and another language by the state of New York. This is a noteworthy achievement and we encourage all interested students to attend the informational meetings.  Furthermore, we will be working on the following topics:
          - How do I apply for the SEAL of Biliteracy?
          - What are the benefits of obtaining the SEAL of Biliteracy?
- Graduation requirements
- Mock interviews (Oral language skills)
- Essay writing
- NAVIANCE
- College readiness
- Researching colleges
- Career search
- Resume writing
- How to have a successful job interview
